Originally required to address severe mechanical issues on the front suspension mounting for the CAT 797, the ever increasing industry demand for improved safety, reliability and downtime efficiencies has kept PBL at the forefront of Superbolt kit development for LMTs.
What is a kit?
A “kit” is simply the bringing together all the required components for a particular application or machine, under a single part number for easy inventory control, transportation and ordering. Kits often include a combination of standard or custom Superbolts, studs and backup nuts, lubricant, protective caps, installation instructions and even tooling.

The increased global demand for our solutions means PBL is now supporting an complete range of strut mounting and steering linkage kits for the Caterpillar fleet of 777, 785, 789, 793, 795, & 797 along with the equivalent range of Komatsu 830, 930, 960 & 980Es.
